Sử dụng TopUp Agribank

I. ĐĂNG KÝ

- Khách hàng đến quầy giao dịch và tiến hành đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ VnTopup

- Đối với khách hàng đã đăng ký dịch vụ Mobile Banking của ngân hàng, chỉ cần nhắn tin

VBA DK 3 => gửi tới 8149 để đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ.

- Sau khi khách hàng đăng ký thành công, tổng đài 8049 sẽ gửi về điện thoại của khách hàng một tin nhắn với nội dung như sau:

Quy khach soan tin nhan: OK gui 8049 de kich hoat dich vu Nap Tien Dien Thoai tra truoc (Dv: VnTopup). DT ho tro 1900555577.

- Để kích hoạt dịch vụ quý khách soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp:

- Kích hoạt không dùng mật khẩu: OK gửi tới 8049

- Kích hoạt có mật khẩu: VD: mật khẩu là: 12345 OK 12345 gửi tới 8049

- Sau khi khách hàng gửi tin nhắn kích hoạt dịch vụ VnTopup thành công, khách hàng nhận được tin nhắn từ tổng đài số 8049 với nội dung:

Kich hoat VnTopup thanh cong. De Nap tien soan: "NAP MenhGia SoDT" gui 8049. Menh gia: VN10,VN20,VN30,VN50,VN100,VN200,VN300,VN500. DT ho tro: 1900555577.

(*) Lưu ý: Sau khi kích hoạt thành công, khách hàng có thể nạp tiền cho chính mình và cho thuê bao khác. Nếu đặt mật khẩu nạp tiền trong tin nhắn kích hoạt thì đó sẽ là mật khẩu chung của nạp tiền cho chính mình và cho thuê bao khác. Mật khẩu này do khách hàng tự đặt (có thể là chữ hoặc số, không giới hạn số lượng ký tự).

II. HƯỚNG DẪN NẠP TIỀN

1. Nạp tiền cho chính thuê bao

- Để nạp tiền cho chính số thuê bao của mình, khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp sau:

Trong đó:

- NAP: Là từ khoá của dịch vụ

- Mệnhgiá: Là mệnh giá nạp tiền (xem trong bảng dưới)

2. Nạp tiền cho thuê bao khác

- Để nạp tiền cho thuê bao khác, khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp sau:

Trong đó:

- BAN: Là từ khoá của dịch vụ

- Mệnhgiá: Là mệnh giá nạp tiền (xem trong bảng quy định các loại mệnh giá phía trên)

- Sốđiệnthoại: Là số điện thoại được nạp tiền

- MậtKhẩu: Không bắt buộc, do khách hàng tự đặt khi kích hoạt dịch vụ.

VD: Khách hàng nạp 100.000đ cho thuê bao khác là 0912345678.

- Nạp tiền không dùng mật khẩu khi khách hàng kích hoạt không đặt mật khật khẩu.

- Sau khi khách hàng gửi tin nhắn nạp tiền cho thuê bao khác thành công, tổng đài 8049 sẽ gửi về điện thoại của khách hàng một tin nhắn với nội dung như sau:

Lưu ý:

- Trong 1 ngày, thuê bao đăng ký VnTopup chỉ được nạp tối đa 2.000.000đ

- Trong vòng 2 phút, nếu hệ thống VNPAY nhận được nhiều hơn 1 lệnh nạp tiền giống nhau được gửi từ 1 số điện thoại, hệ thống chỉ xử lý 1 lệnh.

- Nếu nạp tiền để thanh toán cước cho thuê bao trả sau khách hàng phải nạp với tổng mệnh giá lớn hơn hoặc bằng nợ cước phải thanh toán. Ví dụ: nếu nợ cước phải thanh toán là 205.000 đồng thì khách hàng phải nạp với các mệnh giá VN200 và VN10.

- Nếu thuê bao được nạp là thuê bao trả sau mạng Viettel:

+ Kiểm tra cước phải thanh toán bằng cách gọi đến 199, bấm phím 1, sau đó bấm phím 4.

+ Toàn bộ số tiền nạp sẽ được trừ nợ cước cho khách hàng. Nếu số tiền nạp lớn hơn số cước nợ trước, số tiền thừa sẽ được trừ nợ vào tháng tiếp theo.

- Nếu thuê bao được nạp là thuê bao trả sau mạng MobiFone:

+ Kiểm tra cước phải thanh toán bằng cách soạn tin: TC gửi 9233, hoặc bấm *112#OK

+ Trường hợp thuê bao không đăng ký sử dụng tài khoản Fastpay: toàn bộ số tiền nạp sẽ được trừ nợ cước cho khách hàng. Nếu số tiền nạp lớn hơn số cước nợ trước, số tiền thừa sẽ được trừ nợ vào tháng tiếp theo.

+ Trường hợp thuê bao có đăng ký sử dụng tài khoản Fastpay: tài khoản Fastpay của thuê bao sẽ được cộng một khoản tiền đúng bằng số tiền khách hàng vừa nạp.

3. Mua mã thẻ trả trước

- Để mua mã thẻ trả trước, khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp sau:

Trong đó:

- BAN: Là từ khoá của dịch vụ

- MãSảnPhẩm: Quy định về loại mã thẻ muốn mua (xem trong bảng dưới)

- Sốđiệnthoại: Là số điện thoại được nhận mã thẻ, nếu mua cho chính mình thì không cần nhập số điện thoại

- MậtKhẩu: Không bắt buộc, do khách hàng tự đặt khi kích hoạt dịch vụ.

III. HƯỚNG DẪN VỀ MẬT KHẨU

- Để đặt mật khẩu, khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp:

- Để thay đổi mật khẩu khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp:

- Để huỷ mật khẩu, khách hàng soạn tin nhắn theo cú pháp:

MK Matkhaucu NOP => gửi tới số 8049

Hoặc gọi điện thoại đến 1900 55 55 77 yêu cầu xóa mật khẩu

=> Nhận được tin nhắn từ tổng đài 8049 với nội dung:

Quy khach da thay doi mat khau dich vu VnTopup thanh cong. De nap tien soan tin: NAP MenhGia SoDT MatKhau gui 8049. DT ho tro: 1900555577.

Trong trường hợp quên mật khẩu khách hàng có thể gọi điện thoại đến 1900 55 5577 để được hỗ trợ.

IV. HUỶ DỊCH VỤ

· Để huỷ dịch vụ VnTopup, khách hàng có thể nhắn tin huỷ đăng ký dịch vụ theo cú pháp:

VBA HDK 3 => gửi đến 8149

· Hoặc đến quầy giao dịch yêu cầu huỷ sử dụng dịch vụ VnTopup.

· Trong các trường hợp mất điện thoại, mất sim, hoặc bị công ty viễn thông thu hồi SIM... khách hàng phải gọi điện đến TT CSKH của VNPAY theo số 1900 55 55 77 yêu cầu tạm ngắt sử dụng dịch vụ VnTopup. Sau đó khách hàng phải ra quầy giao dịch của ngân hàng để làm thủ tục huỷ dịch vụ.

· Tin nhắn nạp tiền đến tổng đài 8049 miến phí đối với các mạng Vinaphone, S-Fone, Vietnamobile, Beeline Và có phí 500 VND đối với các mạng di động khác.
